Welcome! Rewardly is the best place to earn skins, communicate genuinely and have experiences with people from around the world. We're happy you're here.

These terms set forth our legal obligations to each other. They apply to your use of our services.

When we say “Rewardly,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms, we mean Rewardly.

When we say “services” in these terms, we mean Rewardly’s services, apps, websites, and other products.

When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you. If you’re accessing our services on behalf of a legal entity (like your employer), you agree that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.

We also have a Privacy Policy , Community Guidelines that apply to your use of our services and are incorporated into these terms. You should read these policies—we’ve worked hard to make them simple and clear, and they contain important information about your use of our services.

Together, these rules make Rewardly possible, and they matter to us. If you believe others aren’t following them, please let us know by reporting it to us .

Who we are

Rewardly is a platform where you can earn rewards in the form of in-game items ("skins") for various games (such as CS2, Dota 2, and TF2) by completing tasks. These tasks can range from playing games and downloading apps to taking surveys and watching videos. Beyond earning skins, Rewardly offers a variety of features to enhance your experience, including leaderboards, quests, badges, a referral program, and more. We aim to provide a fun and engaging environment where you can connect with a global community.

Age requirements and responsibility of parents and legal guardians

By accessing our services, you confirm that you're at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by the laws in your country. We maintain a list of minimum ages around the world as a resource for you, but we aren’t able to guarantee that it is always accurate. If you are old enough to access our services in your country, but not old enough to have authority to consent to our terms, your parent or legal guardian must agree to our terms on your behalf. Please ask your parent or legal guardian to read these terms with you. If you're a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child (who must meet the minimum age for your country) to use the services, then these terms also apply to you and you're responsible for your child's activity on the services, including privacy choices made by them.

Important: Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using our services. If we discover that a user is under 13 years old, we will permanently ban their account immediately, in accordance with COPPA and similar child protection laws worldwide. Participation is limited to only one account per person per household.

What you can expect from us

We strive to provide a reliable and rewarding platform. This includes:

Continuous Improvement: We are constantly working to improve Rewardly by adding new features, expanding reward options, and enhancing the user experience. This may include occasional downtime for maintenance and updates, which we will strive to minimize and communicate in advance whenever possible.
Transparency: We will be transparent about our policies, procedures, and any changes to the platform that may affect you.
Personalized Experience: Rewardly may personalize content and offers based on your activity. You can control the extent of this personalization in your Settings.

While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or required maintenance.

Your Rewardly account

To access the services on an ongoing basis, you will need to create an account. You can provide a username and password, and a way of contacting you (such as an email address and/or phone number). You’ll also need to provide your birthday. In some cases, you may be required to verify your account or provide additional information.

You are responsible for the security of your account, and you agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. If you use a password, it must be strong, and we (strongly) recommend that you use that password only for your Rewardly account and that you enable two-factor authentication.

You must always provide accurate information to Rewardly and maintain the accuracy of the information associated with your account. We may assume that any communications we’ve received from your account or the associated contact information have been made by you, and that any action made using your account were made by you.

If you get locked out of your account, we’ll need to contact you at the email or phone number associated with your account. If your account is compromised or you no longer have access to your email account or phone number, we may not be able to restore your access to your account or the servers you’ve created.

You agree not to license, sell, lend, or transfer your account, Rewardly username, vanity URL, or other unique identifier without our prior written approval. We also reserve the right to delete, change, or reclaim your username, URL, or other identifier.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict or suspend access to all or any part of the Website, to any user, including registered users, at any time and for any reason whatsoever. This right extends to situations where we believe such access would violate applicable laws or regulations, or could harm or interfere with the operation of the Website or the rights or interests of any other user. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from, or related to, the suspension or restriction of your access to the Website, whether such suspension or restriction is planned or unplanned, temporary or permanent.

Content in Rewardly’s services

Your Content

When we say “your content” in these terms, we mean all the things you add (message, post, share, react, etc.) to our services. This includes text, links, GIFs, emoji, photos, videos, documents, or other media. If we come up with another way for you to add content to the services, it includes that too.

You don’t have any obligation to add content to the services. If you choose to add content to the services, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to do so, that you have the right to grant the licenses in this section of these terms, and that your content is lawful. We take no responsibility for any of your content, and we are not responsible for others’ use of your content.

Our services allow users to add content in a number of different ways, including via text posts and chat messages. Some of these chats may be larger spaces, and if you share content within them, that content may be more likely to be accessed by a lot of people. For example, some chat rooms are available a dropdown section of the app and do not require an invite link to join. Anyone can access these spaces. You should be aware that these permissions are set by admins, and they may change over time. Please understand where you are posting on Rewardly, familiarize yourself when joining and posting in a certain space, and choose the right space, features, and settings for you and your content.

Your content is yours, but you give us a license to it when you use Rewardly. Your content may be protected by certain intellectual property rights. We don’t own those. But by using our services, you grant us a license—which is a form of permission—to do the following with your content, in accordance with applicable legal requirements, in connection with operating, developing, and improving our services:

Use, copy, store, distribute, and communicate your content in manners consistent with your use of the services. (For example, so we can store and display your content.)
Publish, publicly perform, or publicly display your content if you’ve chosen to make it visible to others.
Monitor, modify, translate, and reformat your content. (For example, so we can resize an image you post to fit on a mobile device.)
Sublicense your content, to allow our services to work as intended. (For example, so we can store your content with our cloud service providers.)

This license is worldwide, non-exclusive (which means you can still license your content to others), royalty-free (which means there are no fees for this license), transferable, and perpetual.

We reserve the right to block, remove, and/or permanently delete your content if it is in breach of these terms, our Community Guidelines , our other policies , or any applicable law or regulation, or if it creates risk for Rewardly or negatively impacts the experience or interests of other Rewardly users to continue to make it available.

We welcome feedback on our services. By sending us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use the feedback and ideas generated from the feedback without any restrictions, attribution, or compensation to you.

Rewardly’s content

Our services include some content that belongs to us, such as the design of our apps and websites, our art and images, and content written by us. You may use our software as outlined in these terms. You may only use our trademarks (or other brand indicia) and copyrights as permitted in our Brand Guidelines or with our prior written permission. We retain all intellectual property rights in our content.

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. See our Copyright & IP Policy for information on how to file a copyright complaint.

Restrictions on your use of Rewardly’s services

When using Rewardly, you must comply with these terms, our Community Guidelines , our other policies , and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must only use the services for authorized and acceptable purposes. Fundamentally, you may not do, try to do, encourage, or help others to do any of the following:

Harming Yourself or Others: This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, infringing on intellectual property or proprietary rights, exploiting, harassing, bullying, spamming, auto-messaging, or auto-dialing others through our services.
Harming Rewardly: This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to or attacking our systems, scraping our services without written consent, transmitting viruses or malicious code, abusing or defrauding us or our payment systems, copying our product, using our intellectual property without permission, and misusing our reporting or customer service mechanisms.
Illegal Activities: Using Rewardly to plan or commit any crime or engage in any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent Activity: This includes creating fake accounts, submitting false information, manipulating rewards, or tampering with surveys/offers.
Using Unauthorized Third-Party Software: This includes bots, scripts, hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized software designed to automate tasks, gain unfair advantage, or modify the intended functionality of Rewardly or any third-party games or services accessible through Rewardly.
Creating or Using Multiple Accounts: Users are limited to one account per person per household. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate rewards, or engage in any fraudulent activity is prohibited.
Selling, Trading, or Sharing Accounts: Your Rewardly account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, lending, or sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited.
Impersonating Others: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, including impersonating other users or Rewardly staff, is strictly prohibited.
Interfering with Platform Operation: This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to Rewardly's systems, disrupting services, or engaging in any activity that could negatively impact the experience of other users.
Exploiting Bugs or Vulnerabilities: If you discover a bug or vulnerability in the Rewardly platform, you agree to report it to us promptly instead of exploiting it for personal gain.
Harassment and Discrimination: Rewardly is committed to a positive and inclusive community. Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of abusive behavior towards other users or Rewardly staff will not be tolerated.
Using Prohibited Methods: Don't use tools like VPNs, proxies, emulators, fake phone numbers, or VOIP to bypass security measures.

We encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates these restrictions. You can learn more about our approach to safety and content moderation here .

Third-Party Offers and Services

Rewardly partners with third-party offer providers and advertising/marketing companies to offer a variety of tasks and rewards. We also offer optional social authentication through trusted providers for convenient sign-in. While we carefully select our partners and maintain quality standards, we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any third-party offers or services. Rewardly is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from your interaction with these partners.

Your participation in third-party offers is solely at your own discretion and risk. Rewardly is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of your engagement with third-party offers or services.

Force Majeure

Rewardly shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, riots, embargos, government actions, fire, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, or interruptions in transportation, communication, or utility services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewardly, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your conduct in connection with the services.

Rewardly collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy . By using Rewardly, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may share your data with third-party Providers in order to facilitate the completion and tracking of offers. This data may include your user ID, offer completion status, and other information necessary for reward processing. We will only share the minimum amount of data necessary for these purposes.

Communication and Notifications

Rewardly may send you email and in-app notifications regarding important updates, account activity, promotional offers, and other relevant information. You can manage your notification preferences within the notifications page settings.

Termination

Your right to terminate. You’re free to stop using Rewardly’s services at any time and for any reason. To terminate this agreement, you may delete your Rewardly account through the Settings page in the Rewardly app (the gear icon) and discontinue use of the services. Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination as outlined below in the “Survival” section.

Disabling your account limits the processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy . Disabling your account does not terminate this agreement.

Our right to terminate. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your access to some or all of our services with or without notice, at our discretion for any reason, or for the following reasons:

You breach these terms, our Community Guidelines , our other policies , or additional terms that apply to specific products.
We’re required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or court order.
We reasonably believe termination is necessary to prevent harm to you, us, other users, or third parties.
Your account has been inactive for more than two years.
Continuing to allow your account to be active, giving you access to some or all services, or hosting your content creates risk for Rewardly, other users, or third parties.

However, we will give you advance notice if reasonable to do so or required by applicable law.

Appeals

We value transparency and work hard to give you context for the decisions we make. You can appeal any enforcement action we take under these terms or other policies, including terminations, suspensions, or content removals here . If you reside in the European Economic Area, your appeal must be submitted within six months of the relevant decision.

Services “AS IS”

We work hard to offer great services, but there are certain aspects that we can’t guarantee. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWARDLY, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS OR STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER THOSE LAWS.

Legal Provisions

This section outlines important legal provisions governing your use of Rewardly's services. These provisions are essential for protecting both you and Rewardly, and ensuring a clear understanding of our respective rights and responsibilities.

Entire Agreement. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rewardly regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.

Additional Terms. Specific Rewardly products or services may have additional terms. In case of conflict, the additional terms will govern your use of that specific product or service.

Export Control. You agree to comply with all applicable import, export, and re-export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not on any prohibited or restricted parties list and will not use the services in violation of these laws. You may not use our services if located in an embargoed country/region unless authorized by relevant authorities.

Waiver, Severability, and Assignment. Our inaction regarding a breach of these terms does not waive our rights. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors.

Survival. Certain provisions will survive termination of these terms, including our data retention rights, outstanding payments, indemnification obligations, and warranty disclaimers.

Updates to these Terms. We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, legal/regulatory reasons, prevent abuse, or better protect users. Material changes will be communicated in advance with reasonable notice (unless urgent). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Unconscionability (EU Users): While we may update these terms, we understand the principle of unconscionability. Therefore, certain changes, particularly those related to Dispute Resolution outlined in the Governing Law section, will not apply retroactively to disputes where both parties had prior notice before the revision's effective date.

Identity Verification

Rewardly reserves the right to verify your identity to our complete satisfaction before:

Crediting or allowing redemption of any Rewards.
Issuing or delivering any Redemption Prizes.
Granting you access to any Website features or benefits.
Providing you with any benefit associated with your Account.

We may conduct this verification directly or indirectly through a third-party service. Potential methods include:

Requesting a photocopy of your passport, driver's license, or state ID card.
Verification of the mobile phone number associated with your Account.
Requiring other forms of proof of identity or eligibility as deemed necessary.

Certain services or Redemption Prizes may have additional eligibility requirements. In such cases, Rewardly reserves the right to determine or verify your eligibility using methods it deems appropriate. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation or proof of identity or eligibility may result in the denial of access to the Website, your Account, or any associated benefits.

Coins Value and Limited Ownership

Rewardly Coins are a virtual currency used within the Rewardly platform. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, including cash refunds. Coins are not your property; they represent a limited license to select and redeem available virtual items ("Skins") within the Rewardly shop. This license is non-transferable and can be revoked at Rewardly's discretion, as outlined in these Terms of Service. The available selection of Skins may change, and specific Skins may have limited availability. Rewardly retains all ownership rights to the Coins and virtual items. The use of terms like "earn," "withdraw," or "redeem" in relation to Coins is for descriptive purposes within the platform and does not imply any real-world financial value or ownership.

Rewards Program Participation and Earning

You can earn Rewardly Coins ("Coins") by completing tasks ("Offers") on the platform. Offers may include activities like playing games, downloading apps, taking surveys, and watching videos. Each Offer will have specific requirements clearly outlined within the Offer details.

Coins are awarded upon successful completion of an Offer. "Successful completion" means fulfilling all Offer requirements, including any time constraints or waiting periods, and having your completion validated, tracked, and recorded by Rewardly and/or its third-party partners ("Providers"). Rewardly is not responsible for awarding Coins for Offers deemed incomplete or improperly recorded by Providers. In some cases, the final decision regarding Offer completion rests with the Provider. It is your responsibility to review all Offer terms and conditions before participating.

Rewardly reserves the right to modify, restrict, or remove Offers, adjust Coin values, and change your eligibility for specific Offers or the entire Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Such changes may apply retroactively.

Redemption of Rewards

You can redeem accumulated Coins for Skins within the Rewardly shop, subject to the redemption requirements in effect at the time. Skins may have limited quantities and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Skins have varying rarity and desirability within their respective games, influencing their perceived value within the Rewardly ecosystem. However, this perceived value does not translate to real-world monetary value. Please note that all Skins are the property of their respective game publishers, and Rewardly is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. We simply provide a platform for earning and redeeming these virtual items.

If you attempt to redeem Coins for an unavailable Skin, Rewardly may offer a substitute Skin of equal or greater value. All redemptions are final. You cannot return redeemed Skins for Coins except as explicitly permitted in these Terms of Service or through a written agreement with an authorized Rewardly representative. Once a Skin is ordered and delivered, the transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

Rewardly reserves the right to hold Coins earned from Offers for up to 90 days before they become available for redemption.

Promotions

Any sweepstakes, contests, or promotions (collectively, "Promotions") offered through the Website, its features, or our services may be subject to additional terms of service. These additional promotional terms may include, but are not limited to:

Official rules outlining eligibility requirements (such as age or geographic restrictions).
Specific terms and conditions governing the Promotion.
Details regarding the use of your personal information.

In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms of Service and the additional promotional terms, the additional promotional terms will take precedence. It is your sole responsibility to review any applicable additional promotional terms before deciding to participate, enter, or register for a promotion. This will help you determine your eligibility and any other relevant information. By participating in a promotion, you agree to comply with and abide by the additional promotional terms and the decisions of the promotion's sponsor(s). You acknowledge and agree that the sponsors or partners of the promotions may have their own independent terms and conditions. We recommend carefully reviewing these terms before participating.

Inactive accounts and Reward Forfeiture

Any account with no login activity and no coins received or skins redeemed for a period of 1 year or more (Dormancy Period) shall be considered inactive. Rewardly reserves the right to deactivate such accounts. We reserve the right to modify the criteria for account inactivity at any time. If your account becomes inactive under the then-current Inactive account Rules, we may deactivate your account without any compensation or further obligation to you. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these actions or wish to request account reactivation (subject to our sole discretion and any additional terms, limitations, or requirements we may impose), please contact us .

Rewards Expiration

We reserve the right to establish or modify "Rewards Expiration Rules" governing any past, present, or future Rewards. These rules will determine the timeframe for Rewards validity. If your Rewards expire under the then-current Rewards Expiration Rules, we may remove them from your account without any compensation or further obligation to you regarding the expired Rewards. Please be aware that re-crediting of expired Rewards to your account is not guaranteed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these actions or wish to request re-crediting of the expired Rewards (subject to our sole discretion and any additional terms, limitations, or requirements we may impose), contact us .

Fees and Charges

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, data plans, internet fees, and other fees associated with your use of the services, including mobile charges that you may incur for using our services. This includes data charges and charges for messaging, such as SMS, MMS, or other messaging protocols or technologies. If you are not sure what you may be charged, you should ask your mobile service provider before using our services. We acknowledge that we cannot determine, in every situation, whether the Rewards you earn or redeem through the Rewards Program constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any and all tax liabilities arising from or associated with your use of the Website and participation in the Rewards Program. This includes any tax obligations related to accruing or redeeming Rewards. As a condition of continued Website and program use, we reserve the right to request necessary tax reporting information if our records indicate you may be required to report the value of redeemed Rewards to tax authorities. We strongly recommend, but it remains your responsibility, to consult with a tax professional to understand the potential tax consequences of using the Website, participating in the Rewards Program, and receiving or redeeming Rewards.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with French laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes to this Terms of Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are subject to change at any time by Rewardly in our sole discretion. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for updates. You are bound by any revisions and should discontinue use of the Website if any revision is unacceptable to you.

However, we acknowledge that certain provisions within these Terms, specifically those pertaining to Dispute Resolution, governed by the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section, may not be retroactively applied to disputes for which both parties have received actual notice prior to the effective date of the revision.

This revision acknowledges the legal concept of "unconscionability," which prevents enforcing unfair or unexpected changes in contracts. By highlighting the exception for Dispute Resolution, you provide clarity and potentially avoid future legal challenges.
