Community Guidelines

Effective: November 15, 2025

Last Updated: November 5, 2025

We created Rewardly to be a platform where it's easy to earn skins, communicate genuinely, and have meaningful experiences with people from around the world. Our Community Guidelines ensure everyone finds belonging and can participate safely, but not at the expense of anyone else's well-being or security.

These guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed on Rewardly. Everyone on Rewardly must follow these rules, which apply to all parts of our platform, including your content, behaviors, private messages, public posts, profile information, and any user-generated content. We may consider relevant off-platform behavior when assessing for violations of specific Community Guidelines when it directly impacts the safety or integrity of our community.

Content Moderation: Our platform automatically filters mature and inappropriate content using advanced moderation systems. However, users remain responsible for adhering to these guidelines. Our dedicated moderation team reviews all reports sent by users within 24-48 hours. When someone violates these guidelines, we may take a number of enforcement steps against them including: issuing warnings; removing content; temporarily or permanently suspending accounts; removing the accounts responsible; restricting access to specific features; and potentially reporting serious violations to law enforcement authorities. If you come across a user that appears to break these guidelines, please report it to us with as much detail as possible.

Respect Each Other

  • Do not promote, coordinate, or engage in harassment. We do not allow harassing behavior such as sustained bullying, ban or block evasion, doxxing (sharing personal information without consent), coordinating profile raids for the purposes of harassing members, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent blocks or bans.

We also do not allow the coordination, participation, or encouragement of sexual harassment, such as sending unsolicited sexually suggestive content, unwanted sexualization, persistent unwanted advances, or attacks based on sexual activity or orientation.

  • Do not threaten to harm another individual or group of people. This includes direct, indirect, and suggestive threats of violence, self-harm as manipulation, threats against property, or encouraging others to harm someone.

  • Do not use hate speech or promote discrimination. This includes content that attacks, threatens, incites violence against, or otherwise discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious medical conditions, or immigration status.

  • Do not organize, promote or support violent extremism. This also includes glorifying violent events or the perpetrators of violent acts, promoting terrorist organizations, sharing manifestos or recruiting materials, as well as promoting conspiracy theories that could encourage or incite violence against others.

  • Do not solicit, share, or make attempts to distribute content that depicts, promotes, or attempts to normalize child sexual abuse. Also, do not post content that in any way sexualizes children under 18 years of age. This includes real as well as manipulated media, animation (such as lolicon), drawings, and any type of digital creation.

We report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and grooming to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and work with law enforcement agencies worldwide.

  • Do not engage in sexual conduct or any conduct that puts your online or physical safety at risk. This includes consensual sexual interactions between users, as well as any encouragement or coordination of potentially risky behaviors, such as vigilantism or meeting strangers in private locations. Do not solicit sexual content from or engage in any sexual conduct with anyone (including grooming behaviors).

  • Do not share sexually explicit content. This includes pornography, nudity (even if partially clothed), graphic depictions of fetish content, sexual activity in imagery or text, or sexually suggestive content involving minors.

Do not post sexually explicit content in user avatars, banners, display names, usernames, profile descriptions, posts, comments, or any other visible space on the platform.

  • Do not share content that glorifies, promotes, or normalizes suicide or other acts of physical self-harm. This includes content that encourages others to cut, burn, or starve themselves, instructions for self-harm methods, as well as content that normalizes eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia. Self-harm acts or threats used as a form of emotional manipulation or coercion are also prohibited.

  • Do not share real media depicting gore, excessive violence, or animal harm, especially with the intention to harass or shock others. This includes graphic injuries, death, torture, or animal cruelty. Educational or newsworthy content may be permitted with appropriate content warnings.

  • Do not engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior. This includes using multiple accounts to artificially inflate engagement, manipulate rankings or leaderboards, or create false impressions of community support.

  • Do not engage in predatory behavior or target vulnerable users. This includes specifically targeting minors, users with disabilities, or those in difficult personal situations for manipulation, scams, or inappropriate contact.

  • Do not share content that violates anyone's intellectual property or other rights. This includes sharing or selling game cheats, hacks, exploits, copyrighted material without permission, or leaked gaming content under NDA. For more information, please view our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy .

Be Honest

  • Do not share false or misleading information (otherwise known as misinformation). Content that is false, misleading, and can lead to significant risk of physical or societal harm may not be shared on Rewardly. We may remove content if we reasonably believe its spread could result in damage to physical infrastructure, injury of others, obstruction of participation in civic processes, or the endangerment of public health.

  • Do not misrepresent your identity in a deceptive or harmful way. This includes creating fake profiles, attempting to impersonate an individual, group, organization, or public figure, using stolen profile pictures, or falsely claiming credentials, achievements, or affiliations.

  • Do not engage in activities that could damage or compromise the security of an account, network, or system. This includes using deceptive techniques to trick others into revealing sensitive information (phishing), distributing malicious software (malware), attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, and flooding a target with traffic to make a resource unavailable (denial-of-service attacks).

  • Do not share or request personal information inappropriately. This includes sharing your own or others' full names, addresses, phone numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive data that could lead to identity theft or harassment.

  • Do not attempt to promote, coordinate, or execute financial scams. A financial scam is any intentionally deceptive act taken with the intent to receive an illegal, unethical, or otherwise dishonest gain.

This includes but is not limited to: Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, advance-fee fraud, fake giveaways or contests, market manipulation (including "pump-and-dump" schemes), cryptocurrency scams, romance and employment scams, and fraudulent skin trading schemes.

  • Do not engage in vote manipulation or review fraud. This includes creating fake accounts to manipulate polls, contests, or community features, coordinating with others to artificially boost or suppress content, or providing false reviews or ratings.

  • Do not abuse age verification or parental consent systems. Users under 18 must have appropriate parental supervision and consent. Do not help minors circumvent age restrictions or provide false age information.

Respect Rewardly

  • Do not send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to others. Also, do not facilitate this activity, such as by selling spambots, devTools "hack" tools, account-creation tools, token generators, CAPTCHA-solving services, or other spam tools. This includes repetitive messages, chain letters, or unwanted promotional content.

  • Do not organize, promote, or engage in any illegal behavior, such as the buying, selling, or trading of dangerous and regulated goods. Dangerous goods have reasonable potential to cause real-world, physical harm to individuals. Regulated goods have laws in place that restrict the purchase, sale, trade, or ownership of the goods.

  • Do not abuse Rewardly's features or systems in any way. This includes selling or purchasing accounts, participating in fraudulent incentives or activities, using monetization features to commit fraud, exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain, or using automated tools to gain unfair advantages in tasks, games, or rewards.

  • Do not evade permanent Rewardly-level enforcement actions. This includes creating new or using existing accounts or communities after being removed for violating our platform rules, asking others to create accounts on your behalf, or attempting to circumvent suspensions through technical means.

  • Do not use self-bots, user-bots, or unauthorized third-party applications. Each account must be associated with a human, not a bot. Automated tools put strain on Rewardly's infrastructure and create unfair advantages. Only use official Rewardly applications and approved browser extensions.

  • Do not engage in malicious or disruptive behavior targeting the platform. This includes attempting to crash servers, deliberately triggering bugs, mass reporting legitimate content, coordinating platform raids, or any other activity designed to disrupt normal platform operations.

  • Do not mislead Rewardly's staff team or abuse our reporting systems. Do not make false or malicious reports to our moderators or any other staff member, send multiple reports about the same issue without new information, ask a group of users to report the same content or issue, or provide false information during investigations. Repeated violations of this guideline may result in loss of access to our services.

  • Do not attempt to monetize or commercialize your Rewardly presence inappropriately. This includes selling access to private communities, charging for basic platform features, or using the platform primarily for commercial advertising unrelated to gaming. Legitimate content creation and community building are permitted.

  • Respect our intellectual property and branding. Do not create unofficial Rewardly merchandise, use our logos or branding without permission, create competing platforms using our name or likeness, or misrepresent your affiliation with Rewardly.

  • Do not engage in skin or item trading fraud. This includes scamming others in trades, using stolen payment methods, chargebacks after receiving items, or misrepresenting item values or conditions.

  • Do not exploit task or reward systems. This includes using VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions, creating multiple accounts to claim rewards multiple times, using automated tools to complete tasks, or collaborating with others to circumvent system limitations.

ā€ Reporting Violations

If you see any activity that violates these guidelines, our Terms of Service, or our other policies, please report it to us via [email protected] . When reporting, please provide:

  • Details of the violation
  • Evidence (screenshots when possible)
  • Username(s)/User ID(s) involved
  • Context (when/where it occurred)

Emergency Situations: For immediate threats to safety, contact local emergency services first, then report to us.

Anonymous Reporting: You can report violations anonymously, though providing contact information helps us follow up if needed.

In keeping with our commitment to ensuring procedural fairness, we seek to provide clear notifications to users if they have violated our rules. You will be notified in the app and via email along with the violation reason, evidence, and timestamp. If you believe that an enforcement action was taken in error, you can appeal the decision within 30 days by providing additional context or evidence.

These guidelines will continue to evolve over time as new challenges and technologies emerge. This means we may take action against a user, content, or behavior that violates the spirit of these guidelines when we encounter a new threat or harm that is not explicitly covered in the current version. We will communicate significant changes to the community in advance when possible. Thanks for doing your part to keep Rewardly safe and welcoming for everyone.
